We are seeking a talented individual to join our team for the newly created role of RevTech Manager. This is a pivotal role reporting directly to the VP of Commercial that will play a key part in shaping and optimising our product-led growth, ensuring seamless integration of the systems and tools used by our Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success teams.
How you will have an impact
Technical Support:
  • Manage and optimize our Commercial tech stack, ensuring all tools are integrated and utilized effectively.
  • Serve as main admin of our website (Storyblok), CRM (PipeDrive), and CSM platform (Intercom & Aircall).
  • Manage the development and maintenance of a our website that is conversion driven and easy to use.
  • Provide coding and HTML support across owned channels.
  • Collaborate with Tech & support teams to ensure the seamless integration and interoperability between systems.
  • Act as a key liaison across Commercial and Technical teams
Reporting and Analytics:
  • Develop and maintain regular reports on commercial KPIs.
  • Collaborate with performance marketeer to analyze data and provide insights into performance, user behavior, and revenue optimisation.
  • Manage the quarterly business review process
  • Set-up and facilitate a framework for experimentation that allow us to fail fast and continuously improve
Operations:
  • Implement processes that streamline workflows, optimise systems, and enhance efficiency.
  • Support the planning and execution of cross-functional initiatives that drive productivity and revenue generation.
  • Manage and optimize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and other sales technology tools.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Customer Success to enhance efficiency in lead management and sales processes.
  • In collaboration with Data Engineers, establish and maintain data quality standards across our systems.
Enablement:
  • Implement and manage processes and tools that empower the Commercial team with the right resources and information.
  • Collaborate with Commercial leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Assist with developing training programs for the teams.
Your superpowers
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, CMS, marketing automation, and enablement tools.
  • Front-end development experience.
  • Experience with data management and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in HTML coding for emails and websites.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
