Together with around 65 Salonizers, we work hard to create a phenomenal experience for our clients. With over 12.000 salons believing in us, we are the market leader in the Benelux. As a Product Designer, you will work closely with users to make sure Salonized will keep evolving as an effective, smart, and delightful tool for salon professionals. You are involved from start to finish in the development of new solutions that thousands of users work with every day.
How you will have an impact
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure the final product is intuitive and user-friendly. These are the key activities that the Product Designer is responsible for:
- Conduct user research - You gather information and insights about user behaviors, preferences, and needs through various methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Conduct user testing - You develop and test prototypes to find and implement the best user experiences. You validate and test new ideas among our users, collect insights you gain, and share with the team.
- Product design building - You translate the requirements into interactive designs and ensure the translation of improvement actions into concrete solutions. You can think about easy solutions for users' desired paths as well as think creatively to bring ideas for innovative solutions. You use data, user research, tests, experiments, and your own expertise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams - You work with cross-functional teams such as developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure the final product meets business requirements and user needs.
- Create and maintain guidelines - You create and maintain design guidelines for our product, including a design system, style guides, and documentation. This ensures consistency in the product's visual and interaction design, and you update the guidelines as needed based on feedback or changes.

- User-centered: You are excited to get in touch with users to better understand their pains and needs. You are dedicated to conducting research and gathering insights that inform your design decisions and are willing to challenge assumptions and test hypotheses through user research.
- Collaborator at heart: You thrive in a team environment and value open communication and shared decision-making. You value the contributions of others and seek out diverse perspectives and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Minimun 4 years of Experience in Product Design
