We're seeking talented and motivated growth drivers to join our Success team as we scale our operations and impact by building relationships with customers and partners. You will drive adoption for Salonized, helping to ensure that our customers and their customers have a seamless experience. The role requires someone with both technical and relationships skills, capable of diving into functionality as well as helping salons realize the full value of Salonized. 

How you will have an impact
  • Be a customer success hero: Anticipate needs, proactively solve issues, and ensure customers achieve maximum value from Salonized, optimizing retention and advocacy throughout your portfolio of accounts.

  • Convert prospects with laser focus: Craft personalized outreach, guide users through onboarding, and ignite their "aha!" moment with Salonized's power.

  • Become a salon champion: Design & execute strategies to attract & support salon, turning them into brand enthusiasts.

  • Shape the future: Gather customer & partner feedback to fuel product development and keep Salonized ahead of the curve.

  • Collaborate across the business: Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a smooth and successful experience.

  • Be a Salonized guru: Help configure accounts, manage logistics, and create support articles to enable customers.

You are a great fit if you have
  • 2+ years of experience in a commercial operations or customer service or success capacity in a tech or SaaS environment.

  • A proven track record of building strong relationships and exceeding customer expectations.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong project management skills - able to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • A passion for learning and staying ahead of the curve in technology and customer and partner success best practices.

  • Fluency in English and Dutch is a must.
